Trident Managed Funds
Trident has been in the business of advising investors since 1994. We were among the very first Australian based advisories recommending that investors consider global equities to diversify their portfolios and gain access to the opportunities that don't exist in the Australian market due to it very narrow exposure to many sectors.
We currently have two funds available to investors namely -
Our first was our Global Growth Fund, which commenced in December 2010 and focuses on long term capital appreciation from investing in fundamentally strong global businesses.
Our second fund that commenced in January 2013 is an Income Fund that seeks to provide investors with regular income returns which rise over time.

Australian Investors Advised to Invest Offshore
The Australian Financial Review - July 2012
"US companies are cheap and when you factor in and Australian dollar at 30 year highs, it's an incredible combination. The buying power of Australian investors is immense" - James Holt, BlackRock Director
"We know e-commerce is going to grow from single digits into double digits in the next decade so you have to have Ebay (PayPal), Visa, MasterCard and American Express. And the beauty of these companies is they don't have any credit risk as the banks do"
"Investors need industries like information technology, global industrials and telecommunications that aren't represented sufficiently locally and that means companies like Google, Coca Cola, General Electric, eBay and John Deere should be in your portfolios" - George Boubouras, UBS Wealth Management Head of Investment Strategy.
"It's a minomer for people to think that you can get wide exposure to the ASX 200 and have a diversified portfolio, as you would be overweight financials and resources and equally under represented in healthcare and technology" - UBS Chief, Mike Chisolm
